Building great patient relationships starts here—we want to know about your health, but we also want to know what you look for in smile care and what concerns you have about treatment. Our team is here to ensure your experience is comfortable and tailored to your needs.

Before Your Appointment

Before your appointment, we recommend gathering your health records and medical history. Providing this, along with sharing your insurance information beforehand, will prevent delays in beginning your first appointment. Think about what questions and concerns you want to ask—we're here to answer questions about past treatment, your interest in cosmetic care, or more general matters relating to your smile. We tailor treatment to our patient’s needs, and your questions help us provide the dental care you need and deserve!

What to Expect During Your Visit

We are happy to answer any questions or concerns you may have about our practice. Our team will start your appointment by requesting information about your medical and dental history. Certain medical conditions or medications can impact your treatment plan, so we will also ask you to list any medications you are taking and their dosages (including vitamins and supplements).

Your first appointment will include:

• A tour of our office
• A chance to meet our team members who will support you and your family
• A review of your dental health history
• A thorough evaluation of your teeth and oral structures
• A discussion of your ideal treatment experience and services that interest you

Customized Treatment Plan

This comprehensive visit may also include an oral health scan, a non-invasive oral cancer screening, radiographs, and a gum examination to check for signs of Periodontal disease. Once your exam is finished, we will discuss our findings with you. Together, we will create a customized treatment plan that best fits your desires, while also giving you a healthy smile.

Beyond these general services, we will tailor your visit to ensure you have the best possible experience. If you do not have recent x-rays, we may take new images at this appointment. From what we learn at this initial meeting, we can lay the groundwork for a strong, lasting relationship.
